I am… a Child of Light
“ For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth)” Ephesians 5:8-9 NIV
Being in Christ is an admission that we were once far from Him. We, just like all those who currently do not believe, once walked in darkness. Remember those days? Try to if it has been too long. You were a soldier of death, born of darkness.
Now that you are in Christ, you have become a child of light. You have been given a mission and a purpose and the Devil cannot defeat it. Your mission to “live as children of the light.”
Let us today determine to demonstrate: GOODNESS, RIGHTEOUSNESS, and TRUTH!
GLORIFY YOUR FATHER and BE A CHILD OF THE LIGHT!
