I am…a friend of God

“Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13 ESV

“No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.” John 15:5 ESV

How amazing to be called a FRIEND of the creator of all? I mean that the one who placed the stars in the sky, the one who designed the butterfly, and causes empires to fall looks down from high and considers me a friend.

Because of Jesus and his loving act in descending on our behalf, we can now live out of friendship with the ONE AND ONLY TRUE GOD.
