I am… Called to Compassion

“Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.” 1 Peter 3:8 NIV

When the world runs, when others fall away, when the hurt and pain of those around us are a blazing inferno, we as believers of the ONE true God are called to Compassion. Our God loves us with a great and unstoppable love, we too are called to that love. The great commandment calls us to Love God and Love others as ourselves. Jesus demonstrated this unfathomable love and now we must pay it forward.

As people hurt, we are called to show compassion.

Instead of being filled with anger toward sinners, be filled with LOVE and COMPASSION!
