I am…obedient
“…who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit,to be obedient to Jesus Christ and sprinkled with his blood: Grace and peace be yours in abundance.” 1 Peter 1:2 NIV
God’s sanctifying work through His Spirit continually calls us to our identity of obedience. Of course there are days when you recognize that your obedience is not perfect. There are days when you feel that you never get it right.
The truth is, we can grieve the Holy Spirit by choosing to go against God’s ways, but His work in you doesn’t stop.
YOU ARE CALLED TO OBEDIENCE.
His sanctifying work will bring you to your identity.
Work with the Spirit and BE OBEDIENT!
